  • Chiropractic

    Ages 0 months +

Chiropractic care in the early years ensures your child’s body and nervous system are functioning at their fullest potential.

Children’s bodies take a beating with all the running, jumping, climbing and rough play that goes along with being a kid, not to mention the hours spent hunched over at a school desk or carrying a backpack full of heavy books.

Over time, these minor injuries add up and may cause future problems and pain. Regular chiropractic visits during childhood support children’s overall health and well-being.

  • Massage

    Ages 5 years +

Massage benefits all ages! Touch is essential to our health and well-being, and we believe that it’s important to introduce your kids to self care early.

Regular massages help kids stay in tune with their growing bodies, and alleviate aches and pains.

Massage is proven to be beneficial for emotional and behavioral issues, as well as a wonderful stress buster.

We use gentle and calming techniques for littles. Parents are encouraged to stay in the room with their kids.

For kids under age 12, we recommend starting with a 30 minute massage. Older kids are invited to schedule longer appointments.
