We offer a variety of massages to help ease any “feels” you may experience during the pre & post-natal time. Massage during this time can:

When looking for a prenatal therapist, you want someone knowledge and considerate when working with your changing body. Sensitive and understandable to what you’re experiencing. All of our therapists have taken extra training in working with the prenatal body. We can see you as early as the first month when you’re combating fatigue to the last date of when you’re due.
Our Postparturm specialty massage is designed for the mama who just gave birth and may still be feeling sensitive below the waist. Part of the sessions is dedicated to upper body relief for achy neck and shoulders or sore arms and back. Herbal warming compresses meant to promote healing and reduced inflammation in the abdomen, womb and hip area. We then finish the massage with an extended foot massage and foot scrub.
If you’re healing from a cesarean surgery, our C-Section Scar-tissue Massage is the support you’re looking for when you’re healing from a major surgery. Our therapists have extended knowledge in helping you with your recovery.
And lastly, our Nervous System Massage combines energy and physical massage to target and bring calmness, balance, and restoration. (pssst if you’re a parent, you need to try this one)

C-Section Scar Massage

Cesarean scars have a major effect on the body’s ability to function properly, and can restrict movement in any part of the body.
Scar tissue can cause adhesions and decreased range of motion and, eventually, pain and dysfunction.
This protocol utilizes massage, fascial release, and castor oil packs to release and realign adhered tissues, as well as releasing negative emotions surrounding the scar.
Scar tissue massage is not painful and you will notice an immediate difference in your body after treatment.

Postpartum Massage

Labor / Birth Prep Acupuncture

Acupuncture can be extremely beneficial in the third trimester as you prepare for birth!
Pre-birth acupuncture helps to prepare mama-to-be's body for birth, with an emphasis on preparing the cervix and pelvis for labor.
34 weeks is an ideal time to begin preparing your body, mind, and spirit for labor and birth and the timing is ideal to personalize a wellness plan for you until birth.

Breech Baby Acupuncture
$155
Tis session includes a 60-minute acupuncture and Moxa treatment. A very well-respected 10-day Moxa protocol that encourages babies to turn into the best birthing position will be taught and demonstrated so you can continue the therapy at home.
Each treatment includes your own Moxa stick, a body map handout, and step-by-step guide on how to apply Moxa at home to stimulate the right points specific to you and your baby.
The ideal time to start is between 34-36 weeks of pregnancy, but it can help at any point.

Nursing Parent Ultrasound Breast Treatment
$100 (45 min)
This 30 minute treatment can help to relieve engorgement and clogged ducts in nursing mamas.
Therapeutic ultrasound, heating packs, lymphatic drainage techniques, and a few specifically placed needles help to decrease stagnation and unclog ducts.

Postpartum Acupuncture
$155
Postpartum acupuncture is a treatment for new mothers to support their recovery from birth. It helps to increase energy, healing, and support a healthy milk supply.
The main goal of postpartum acupuncture is to help to build up the mom's qi (life force) and blood.
It may also help the organs settle back into their proper position and compress loose skin.
Mother warming can be done as early as 4 days after giving birth and is beneficial for the first year postpartum.
