At the end of the three months, we stop billing for you. So you don’t have to remember to do it. (Or you can keep going, that is always an option!)
Membership Terms:
3-month minimum commitment
If you don’t use your benefits in a given month, no refunds—but your payment becomes a credit toward any future service (non-discounted pricing applies)
Credits never expire
Cannot be shared or transferred
Must be a current patient of our chiropractor.
Does not have to be used the same day.
Cannot be combined with insurance.
